Primasol Hane Family Resort Hotel, Side

Staying at this hotel was an absolute pleasure. The rooms were so comfortable, clean, and quiet, with service that was problem-free and staff members who were incredibly friendly. However, our family room on the upper tier was a bit small. The service was amazing, generous, and friendly, although there were a few staff members who were not as accommodating. The location was well-lit and offered some unique experiences, but it was a bit far from the old town and lacking in normal eating options. The dining experience was good with plenty of choices, and the facilities were top-notch.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were decent with individual TV, AC, and a stocked mini-fridge, but the beds were hard, and the blanket was too small. The service was top-notch, especially the receptionist Petra was exceptionally helpful. The location was a bit far from the old town, but it was well-lit and near everything. The dining options were good, and the variety was satisfying. The facilities were modern and well-maintained.
